Circulon's 11" x 17" Cookie Pan gives you more room for your baked goods. This pan has a shallow lip around the edge of the pan, making it suitable for jobs beyond baking, such as roasting vegetables. Made of even heating carbon steel, the pan is designed for even browning. The TOTAL nonstick system allows food to cook and release on the entire surface of the pan, but raised circles (the “Hi” area) allow a fraction of the cooking surface to take the abuse of utensils, protecting the majority of the cooking surface (the “Low” area) from abrasion.
